He has a keen eye for detail and elevates the expectations for the business one project after the next.With seventeen years of diverse architectural experience in the residential and commercial design industry and working for award winning Interior Design and Architectural firms in California and Colorado, Nathan Nutting Co-Founded The Design Collectiv alongside his wife and business partner Irandi Nutting. Nathan leads the company’s technical design and operational standards. He leads the design direction for TDC’s Industrial and Retail Projects. He also provides design expertise for Corporate Office and Higher Education projects as needed.

Irandi Nutting has worked at both large and small architectural and interior design firms, managed national accounts, and developed strong trusting relationships with her clients. Her close collaboration with project consultants and vendors allows her to service the client needs, budget, and deadlines in an efficient and organized manner. Irandi’s design experience allows her to provide creative solutions in all aspects of the project from programming and design to construction documentation and installation.After ten years in the residential and commercial design industry, working for award winning Interior Design and Architectural firms in Orange County, Irandi Co-Founded The Design Collectiv alongside her husband and business partner Nathan Nutting. Irandi leads the design direction for TDC’s Corporate Office and Higher Education projects. She oversees the company’s business development, provides financial leadership, and the accounting and administration functions.
