Omniductt is one of the largest and fully automated fabricators of high-quality HVAC ductwork in the United States. The project consisted of the relocation of Omniduct’s Headquarters, manufacturing, and distribution facility. The scope included redesign of the existing site to increase parking, product transport truck flow, new elevated concrete docks, and three prefabricated metal structures. The site was also improved with new hardscape/landscape and new rolling security gates. This project also included the design of 24,000 square feet of interior manufacturing floor, 16,000 square feet of storage and distribution area, and two story 18,000 square feet of corporate office interiors.
